I can't say enough awesome things about my gym. We are like family. We know each others struggles and we are all here to support each other through. Another one of my favorite aspects about ORF is the challenges we do periodically throughout the year. These vary in nature and help keep you focused and fresh. They encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone and set your eyes on new goals. Additionally, many of these challenges support our community. At ORF we are always giving back. So fast forward and now we are in quarantine...and must remain socially distant...I kinda freaked out...I have a home gym...I know what to do...but will I do it? I was worried and nervous about falling back into old habits...I should have known Jen and Mike would rise to the challenge.

Semi Private Training
You will have access to In Person Semi-Private Training ( Max of 4 People per sessions) as well as Live and Prerecorded HIIT and Strength workouts. By changing training styles it will help you avoid plateaus and promote ongoing results. These  sessions provide you with a chance to push yourself safely and effectively toward your goals. 
Nutrition Coaching
We know that without a focus on what you eat, NO WORKOUT will get you the longterm results you desire. We will provide you with various different options to keep you on track and continue to make progress during this period of time.  You will have access to an entire library where all your Nutrition related questions are answered. 
You will get exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable, but enjoyable. 

Motivation, Support and Accountability
Not only will you have us when your working out, but you will also be able to contact your personal accountability coach whenever you need help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed. We also have  weekly GROUP CHATS to keep you on track.
